ANNUAL CERS/HMBP SERVICE
$250
for 12 months
Routine CERS/HMBP assistance
Start With a Correction Review
You do not need to diagnose the issue or read individual violations to us. Tell us what happened and provide the basic facility information. If we need the complete inspection report or correction notice to evaluate the CERS/HMBP work in context, we will request it by email.
What Does “Not Accepted” Mean?
A CERS submittal marked Not Accepted generally means the reviewing agency identified information that needs correction or clarification before the submittal can be accepted. JG Hazmat can review the correction request and determine whether the CERS/HMBP items fall within its services.
Do Not Want to Deal With CERS Next Year?
After the immediate corrections are resolved, qualifying facilities may be eligible for the $250 Annual CERS/HMBP Service.
No Regulatory Outcome Is Guaranteed
JG Hazmat can review, prepare, update, and submit the agreed CERS/HMBP work. The applicable regulatory agency determines acceptance and other agency outcomes.

CERS/HMBP Areas We May Be Able to Correct
• Facility Information
• Hazardous Materials Inventory
• Existing Site Map
• Emergency Response & Training
• CERS Resubmittal
A facility having another Unified Program element does not automatically disqualify it from receiving HMBP assistance. It means unrelated program work is outside the $250 HMBP scope unless separately agreed.
An Inspection Report Can Cover More Than CERS
Correction service does not automatically include every item listed on an inspection report. JG Hazmat reviews the complete report to identify the CERS/HMBP items that may fall within its services and whether a separate scope is appropriate.
Start with a review so we can confirm whether your facility fits the standard Annual CERS/HMBP Service.
